What type of travel experiences do you plan?+
Caribbean escapes, Disney World and Disney cruises, international travel, group getaways, romantic trips, solo adventures, and milestone experiences. If you've been dreaming about it, we've probably been there — Japan, Jamaica, Mexico, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and more. We plan trips we'd take ourselves.
Do you only work with luxury travelers?+
No. We work with people who value their time off enough to protect it. That looks different for everyone — it might be a $2,000 Caribbean trip or a $10,000 multi-city international itinerary. What we don't do is chaotic, rushed, or mediocre. Every trip is planned with intention regardless of budget.
Is this like a normal travel agency?+
No. A normal travel agency books what you ask for. PTO builds what you actually need — based on how you travel, how you rest, and what would make this trip genuinely worth taking. We micromanage your leisures so you don't have to think about a single detail.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?+
You'll hear from us within 24 business hours. We'll review your details, confirm your planning spot, and begin building your curated options. Once your planning fee is received, the clock starts — you'll have your recommendations within 48 business hours.
Do I need to know where I want to go?+
Not at all. Plenty of our clients only know one thing: they need a break. Tell us your budget, your travel style, and how you want to feel when you get there. We handle the destination, the details, and everything in between.
How much does it cost to work with PTO?+
Our planning fees start at $150 for Essentials, $300 for Signature, and $500+ for Opulence. Every planning fee is credited toward your booking — it's not an extra charge, it's a deposit on your experience.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
The earlier the better, especially for peak travel seasons, Disney, international trips, and group travel. We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your travel dates. That said — if you have a trip coming up sooner, contact us anyway.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?+
That's exactly why we recommend travel insurance on every booking — and why we're available during your trip, not just before it. If a flight gets cancelled, a hotel falls short, or something unexpected happens, you have a real person to call. We don't disappear after you board the plane.
